M. Parker is a Wayne State University doctoral student seeking to enhance the field of performance improvement and instructional design by developing a competency models for high performing teams. M. Parker is currently employed in the field of Instructional Design.

March 2008- Applied for scholarship from Wayne State University. Hoping I hear something soon about this scholarship. I know the applicants are plentiful. I'm still hoping.

Jan. 2009- Taking two classes now. Performance Consulting and Strategic Leadership. I really enjoy both classes. I'm learning the consulting business from the inside out. It makes it very meaningful since I've been an internal consultant for 15 years. The Strategic Leadership course is built on case studies viewing leadership from various styles, patterns and lessons learned.
